Job Description

We are currently hiring for a talented web and graphics designer.  You will ideally have have knowledge of designing website and portals using popular web design software and tools.  This web designer position on the island of Guam is on a contract basis and will work directly under the supervision of a manager on a per project basis.

Job Requirements

Must have knowledge in using the following software, tools and web design languages:

- Adobe/Macromedia Flash

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe / Macromedia Dreamweaver

- Microsoft Expression Web

- HTML

- CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)

- XHTML

- Javascript

- Understanding of PHP, ASP.net, MySQL databases

- Strong overall web design skills and leadership skills.  Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients
